Applications are typically reviewed within 5–10 business days and are subject to funding availability. All payments are made directly to landlords or service providers.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must reside in Fulton or DeKalb County and demonstrate documented housing hardship. Required verification documents must be submitted at the time of application.
Required Documentation
Applicants must upload a government-issued ID, current lease agreement, eviction notice or written hardship explanation, and proof of income. All information is kept confidential and used solely for program review and reporting purposes.
Priority Review
Applications are reviewed in the order received; however, priority may be given to households experiencing urgent vulnerability, including:
Pregnant individuals
Imminent risk of housing loss
Survivors of domestic violence
Households with minor children
Individuals with disabilities or medical vulnerabilities
Documented eviction or utility disconnection notices
